Citrus blossom and honeysuckle on the nose. Clean, crisp and flinty lime and apricot on the palate with a gentle but persistent line of acid. Still tasting fresh and vibrant after 5+ years, and developing complexity with age.

Hand-picked from the most flavour intense portion of unirrigated vineyard planted in 1995 on a moderate, east-facing slope. The clone is Penfolds ’58. Minimal winemaking techniques capture the purest expression of variety and site, preserving freshness and natural acidity. Matured in 35% new French oak. 13% alcohol. Drink to 2026.
